Associate Family Office Director
Build What Lasts. Be Mentored to Multiply. Lead Before You’re Given the Title.
This is not a support seat. This is your first leadership post.
At Ark, we believe entrepreneurial families deserve more than transactions — they deserve transformation. That’s why we built the Family Office Operating System (FOOS) — and why we’re hiring Associate Family Office Directors to steward complexity, multiply impact, and grow into full operators.
You won’t be shadowing. You’ll be operating.
In this role, you’ll lead real systems, manage deliverables, and coach entrepreneurial families — not someday, but day one. You’ll be personally mentored by a Senior Family Office Director who will sharpen both your technical and leadership skills.
And for this next hiring class, you’ll receive direct investment and coaching from our Founder & CEO.
Why? Because we’re not just filling roles — we’re building Ark’s next generation of leaders.
About Ark Financial
We’re not building a financial firm. We’re building a movement.
Our vision is that one day, every family will have a Family Office — a system of stewardship that empowers generational Protection, Peace, and Purpose. Through our Family Office and Academy divisions, we help entrepreneurial families lead their financial lives with clarity and conviction.
Captains lead families at the highest level. Associate Captains build the runway that makes it possible.
What You’ll Build, Lead, and Influence:
Own and operate the financial engine behind entrepreneurial families — running cash flow systems, tracking net worth, and executing Ark’s FOOS playbook.
Accelerate outcomes by driving deliverables, streamlining decisions, and creating visible momentum for families and the senior leaders who serve them.
Coach with strategic depth — helping early-stage entrepreneurs make confident decisions with clarity, stewardship, and long-term thinking.
Lead through leverage — own both the operational and relational execution that frees Ark’s senior leaders to expand their impact.
Shape culture and systems — every action you take will set tone, build trust, and reinforce Ark’s standard of clarity, urgency, and care.
Why This Role Exists:
We believe every family should have a Family Office. But that only happens if we build the leaders who can run them.
This role gives fast-moving, high-capacity leaders the structure, challenge, and mentorship they need to grow fast, lead early, and multiply impact — without waiting a decade to be trusted with real outcomes.
Who You Are:
You lead through clarity, ownership, and speed.
You’re strategic, curious, and relationally wise.
You thrive when handed the keys — not just a to-do list.
You want feedback, stretch, and stakes — not comfort.
You don’t just want a job — you want a calling you can grow inside of.
What You Bring:
3–10 years in financial services, consulting, coaching, or high-touch advisory
Track record of owning complex deliverables and leading outcomes
Familiarity with (or fast mastery of) tax, estate, cash flow, entity, and investment basics
Relational presence — you know how to lead a room and coach a founder
Strong operational instincts — systems-thinking meets follow-through
Bonus: business development mindset — not to sell, but to build, galvanize, and grow
Note: This is not a sales or biz dev role. But if you bring the ownership, energy, and influence that often drives growth, you’ll thrive here.
Why This Role Is Hard:
You’ll be expected to lead before you have the title.
You’ll be challenged with real complexity, tight timelines, and client-level consequences.
You’ll grow through feedback, accountability, and stretch goals.
You’ll be in rooms where you’re not the smartest person — and you’ll get sharper because of it.
Growth Path:
This isn’t a 10–15 year corporate ladder climb. There’s no speed governor here.
For the right leaders, we expect full Family Office ownership within 1–3 years, and the opportunity to become a Partner in 5–7 years or less.
Typical Path:
Associate → Director → Senior Director → Partner
Some may build new tracks in coaching, curriculum, or systems.
At Ark, we build roles around calling and capacity, not corporate templates.
